We want you to be satisfied with your SCHAEFER Party Keg purchase. Please review our return policy below.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.

Before returning an item, please contact us at mschaefer@schaefercontainers.com to request return authorization. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at mschaefer@schaefercontainers.com and include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable.

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
