SCHAEFER Container Systems North America, Inc. offers FREE standard shipping on all Party Keg orders within the contiguous United States.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Area
Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may require additional shipping charges or may not currently be available through our online store.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected before shipment.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at mschaefer@schaefercontainers.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
